About

“The precise role of the artist, then, is to illuminate that darkness, blaze roads through that vast forest, so that we will not, in all our doing, lose sight of its purpose, which is, after all, to make the world a more human dwelling place.”

My Story

unnamed-2.jpg

Born and raised in the inner city of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, I was surrounded by art and creativity. I was surrounded by one particular person who happens to be my sister, Tanya Hill. My sister use to take me down by the river, which is where she would write poetry. She would read me her poetry, which allowed me to develop a deep passion for the arts.

After school, my brother DJ would bring me home pieces of art he drew. He would draw me pictures and we would hang them in our home. My sister and brother are the reason why I love the arts and drove me to pick up a camera years later. My sister and brother gave me the gift, but Jerail Fennell helped me guide my gift. He encouraged me to pick up a camera and I have not put it down since.
